First of all, make sure your photo is clear and sharp. If it isn't we have to paint it exactly as it looks because an artist cannot guess what the features really look like.
Click on order now, it will take you to our pricing/ordering page. Find your size and the amount of figures in your portrait. Click on that price. You will be making the full payment (which is just a little more than our competitors required half down deposit). You will then be taken to our PayPal order form. (Note) We only use this information for shipping and ordering purposes only. Your information will never be shared with anyone else. (Shipping is free)
E-Mail your photo to us at Sales@portraitmasters.net along with any special instructions or snail mail it to us at Portrait Masters, 2211 Eva Jean Dr., Maryville TN. 37804. Also, you can call us at 1-800-309-1450
It will take us around fourteen days to finish your portrait. We will then send you a proof photo in your email. So keep that in mind and start checking your mail frequently around that time. Then it will take around 3 to 4 days for the oil painting to dry after the last brush strokes are applied before it can be shipped. We refuse to cut corners on the quality when painting your portrait.
When you approve your portrait, it will be shipped straight from our artist in China. These skillfully trained artist are some of the best painters in the world.

Please remember when you order a specific portrait size you cannot change that size once the portrait has been started unless you pay for another portrait. We are just speaking from experiences we've had in the past. All our
portraits involve a lot of hard work and it would be impossible to just throw
one away and start over with out being compensated for it. We will gladly make any other adjustments or edits that you might request after you view the proof.
