From the first time I contacted Portrait Masters I was impressed. Dealing online with a company in another country was not what I had in mind when I wanted a photo transformed into a painting. James was in constant contact, firstly with the reassurance that living in Australia was not a problem and that the painting could be easily mailed. I sent both photos and prior to the paintings being started the photos were returned to me by email to show how they had been cropped and to make sure I was happy with the photo. When I was emailed a scan of the painting I wanted some of the colouring toned down on the face, if it was a problem I didn’t know because every contact with Portrait Masters was a positive one. When the painting arrived, which was within the expected time frame, I was so pleased with the outcome. Words cannot describe how I felt, as the paintings, especially the portrait, were spectacular. I did not expect the portrait to better reflect the photos. One of the photos was a picture of our house which was destroyed in the 2009 Bushfires so I was looking forward to having a memento of our old home and I was not disappointed. Thank you James for making the process so simple and the outcome fantastic. I have told all my friends and showed them the paintings so expect some more requests from my part of Australia.
