Words cannot express how ecstatic I am about the portrait of my grandmother, and the overall quality of your work and customer service.  This particular image of my grandmother is very dear to me.  It was the image we used to memorialize her in her obituary.  No other copy of this photograph exists, not even the photo used for the obituary; it was lost.  The copy you were given was not clear, yet you were able to capture every detail of her features and depict her regal persona brilliantly.  My grandmother will be remembered-in such a stately form-for years to come because of your masterful work.  I can’t wait to hang the portrait in my business, a business that is named in her honor.
